It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct data and check the reservation information. Cancellations by the Customer Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may entitle you to a partial refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the service may imply partial retention of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows result in the total loss of the amount paid. Cancellations by the Company Bumpy.pt reserves the right to cancel services for weather, technical, security or force majeure reasons. In these cases, the client will be offered a rescheduling or similar alternative. If no alternative is possible or accepted, a full refund will be made. Final Considerations All changes to reservations must be made in writing and confirmed by the Bumpy.pt team.
